Quality Circle

The company has created a policy to inspect each order to make sure no defected item leaves the premises. A small team is created for each order, whose members keep an eye on the production process and inspect the items during production, finishing and packaging. A report is created by this quality circle, which is then reviewed by management on daily basis.
